The Client agrees to the following (tick the boxes below):

1. They must allocate time for completing the Video Outline Planning document and submitting a completed version 5-working days before the scheduled video production date to allow enough time for the scripting process.

2. The key decision makers must make themselves available for a 2 x 1-hour Scripting Sessions with One Day Video’s (ODV) Scriptwriter prior to the scheduled video production date, as well as a Storyboard sign-off session. The decision makers must be a part of these Scripting Sessions and the Storyboard sign-off.

3. The decision maker must be available for the two sign-offs of 1. the script & storyboard (prior to production) and 2. the final video edit (at the end of production).

PLEASE NOTE: only 2-hours is set aside for any tweaks to the final edit, any time over this or any changes/additions that are not in the signed-off Storyboard will be charged at $195+GST per hour.

4. The maximum video length is 1.5 minutes. An extra fee of $1,200 +GST will be charged for each 30-seconds (or part thereof) over this allowance.

5. The agreed length of the video will be based on the client script that will be finalised in pre-production (as per 2 & 3 above)

6. We are a product based video production company and all payments are due within 7-days from receipt of the invoice, or prior to the production date, whichever comes first.

7. Any FREE offer that has been been made is contingent on payment being received as per item 6 above. ODV reserves the right to withdraw any FREE offer made if payment is not received as agreed.

8. An animated video may be cancelled no later than 5-days before the scheduled production date, however, the time already spent on pre-production will be paid by the Client at $195 +GST per hour.

9. All rights to the video produced by ODV, including any voice over, are owned by the Client and they have unlimited use of the video in perpetuity.

10. ODV will not use the Client's video for promotional purposes without the Client's permission.
